Q. How do I know if auto glass damage can be repaired?
A. If your windshield damage is smaller than the size of a coin, we may be able to repair it.


Q. What is the difference between OEM and OEE auto glass?
A. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto glass is made by the same manufacturer as your original glass. Original Equipment Equivalent (OEE) auto glass is made to the same standards, but by a different manufacturer. Our customers can choose OEM or OEE prior to service by calling 0124-6512342.


Q. Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?

A. Yes, if possible. We will remove inspection stickers and other items affixed to your windshield and, if permitted by law, re-apply to the new windshield.


Q. How long does it take to replace the car glass ?

A. The typical auto glass replacement can be completed in an hour or less. Normally, the urethane would need time to cure before it would be safe to drive the vehicle. The technician will advise you if any additional time is required.


Q. My rear view mirror is attached to my windshield. Will the technician attach it to the new windshield?

A. Yes, our auto glass technicians will remove your rear view mirror and attach it to your new windshield.


Q. Will you vacuum my vehicle after service?

A. Yes, our technicians will vacuum any pieces of broken auto glass in your vehicle.


Q. How soon can the job be completed?

A. Often we can schedule your service for the very next day.


Q. Will I have to wait with my vehicle?

A. No, you don't need to wait with your vehicle, but please have your car keys available for the technician.


Q. Can you replace my car glass at my home or Office?

A. Yes, we provide on-site service for car glass replacement at your home, office or other site of your choice and convenience.


Q. Will any part of my vehicle be harmed during the replacement process?

A. No, your vehicle should not be damaged during the repair or replacement. We use precautionary measures, such as protective drapes, to ensure that no damage occurs during your auto glass service.
